They are successfully done so you cannot expect to buy with it anywhere and the only thing waited for there investors,bounty hunters aswell with the dev is the token unlocking which will be happen on october 10,2017 and if this unlocking will be done will the distribution and the trading of this coin will start up. And if you want to buy some cindicators then you should wait for this coin to be added and buy whenever the bounty hunters start to dump there reward coin.

If you are not registering in the cindicator whitelist and you can't participate in the ico. But i think that the ico already ended because a lot of the interest to put their monet on cindicator project. But you will able to buy cindicator token on the exchange site.

ico ended after succesfully rised the 15M $ needed. token locked until 12-oct, then will be released but not sure when it hit exchanges (or which one). Already negotiated in hitbtc (1200sat right now). I participated in Tier 4 (around 250sat).

Cindicator ICO its been successfully finished they reach the hard cap for only 4 weeks.
Maybe their strategy is so good that's why many investor to their project.
