Hello,

I would like to optimise my hashrate, I would like to know how I can change Core/Mem Clock on Afterburner (msi rx580 + Asrock Pro btc)
1 - I can't move cursors
2 - If I change the value 0 with my keyboard, the value is blinking and that it ! When I click on the check button nothing happen.  Huh

As I can see, you are using AMD blockchain drivers. You'll have to install MSI AB beta 16 version to make it work with this drivers. Download link:
