You are trying to create transactions that will send the balance from one wallet to addresses in another wallet?
Or you are trying to export a copy of the addresses from one wallet to be imported into another wallet so that both wallets have simultaneous access to all the bitcoins?
Or you are trying to export the addresses from one wallet and remove those addresses from that wallet before importing the addresses into another wallet so that only the second wallet has access to the bitcoins?
Or you are trying to do something else entirely, and I've completely misunderstood your question?
