So I'm currently in Mexico, and my internet connection is absolutely terrible.  My Monero gui wallet has been synching with the network for about three weeks now.  I've tried internet cafes and other hotspots but its still slooooooooooow.
The thing is, blocks keep on getting mined and so it's almost as if I will never be able to fully synch and use the funds I sent there.
I'm visiting relatives back home for Thanksgiving, maybe then I can finally finish synching the damn thing with a normal connection.

Anyone else have funny experiences?

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

On my first time here in bitcoin forum, i explore and read something like rules and how to be part of this until i decided to post something. I saw the different post of the member but when i'm going to share my opinion about the related topic, i cant find the tab to go into the text box. I scroll down, scroll up until i realize it was just the reply tab on the right corner.. Grin Cheesy

Funny ?
Idiots spent $45,000.00 painting a Nascar racing car with the Doge coin logo for 1 race.

During my first experience in crypto world,I was kinda hesitant to cash out money from my wallet because I almost forgot to use my mobile phone because I couldn't believe that there is already transferred and I checked it many times. I had sleepless nights but I know it was not big amount but that was really new to me. Until now,I have the memories with it and I took pictures everytime I see the amount. That was full of emotions that I felt.
