Crypto debit card service Uquid has recently launch its ICO. It has been serving customers for exchange to fiat but with my experience and somehow neglected request I perceive that they are not as legit. I have been resquesting for a bank transfer for nearly two months now and their reason is always they are dealing with new service provider same as their debit card service. Fact of the matter is I have been waiting too long to have my request granted. Now I am starting this thread to let everyone here that be aware of Uquid . Stay tune on this thread as I have petitioned so many times and still the same answer. I am going to do it again and see what happen.

Hi,

I am also having issues with UQuid, but they are different from yours. I cannot login at all! I have reset my password and tried to use the new login details, but with no luck. I still cannot login.

I have received replies from UQuid support before, but not yet this time in regards to this issue..

Can I ask, how do you contact them? I have been trying through Skype, Telegram and Medium, I have had the most luck on Medium so far..

Sorry for this late reply . As far as discussions and tech support you can be invited in their Telegram channel. I have not tried it . But when email support is being replied , you will get the same reason. To be honest I am getting tired of their endless "we are in contact with our new provider" things.

So far nothing is happening regarding to the issue I raised about bank recipient for my withdrawal. With regards to plastic cards for debit cards still no new information about it so I am hoping one of the staff has read this concern.  Uquid even had an ICO that was concluded recently so they should have discuss about quality of service.

I want to tell you my situation with Uquid.
When I joined and bought their debit card, had an issue and them shorlty solved all!
The card come on time and worked without any problem.
But....
There are more than 2 months that any service doens't work!
I asked to their Skypes upport but Always they were evasive... in short no any answer!
on 31 october they sent me a message that a new card will be available in 2 weeks! great, but I am in EU and don't need the new card!
They asked my account number for checking.
From otcober 31 I didn't received any answer!
I paid 15€ for their card and unable to use!
Contacted Vawe Crest but they answered that card was ordered by a "business client" and they cannot close the account. Anyway they told me that they will not charge the card because there are less than 1€.
Yesterday, more tired I wrote to the Skype support:
"definitely a scam! no answers, no restore of service... 2 months off... I will post everywhere in forums about who is Uquid! from 31 october.... until now... no answer! and you write due high volume etc... need to wait 3 days! a big lie!"
WOW! today immediately thay answered!
"sorry for missing your message. do you have balance in Uquid? You have nothing in Uquid. Why do you open your mouth say we scam you?"
Because, dear Uquid, I paid 15e for the card and by you I am unable to use it! Refund me!
They are rude, they didn't answered to my question (on october 31)... they told me they missed.... so funny... they missed my message. OK, now you have seen.... why you don't answer?
This is Uquid!

Just thought I'd provide an update on my situation..

I'm very sorry to hear that people are having problems with uQuid. My situation has actually been resolved, I was surprisingly impressed with how it was handled. They contacted me directly via email after I put a Contact Request through their website.

Keen to see what December 1st holds for uQuid. I hope everyone here gets their issues resolved!

From the different testimonies of user have resulted to different situation . It is good that Uquid has progress on some problems. With my situation, still my bank withdrawal is pending and no news about my substitute debit card. If any uquid official have read this thread , please shed some light to the situations being raised.

Support leaved me a message on Skype that the new cards are on "final test" and will be available soon. Also they told that they will replace my card for free. It is strange because before they told that all card issued n Eurozone will work and don't need to be changed....

I have changed the subject title because UQUID has done quite a next best thing solution to my bank withdrawal request pending . They have refunded my money by sending back via bitcoin my deposit amount. Though it was not the original procedure I am grateful to the support team . Debit card is still backlog so I will just have to wait.

Just yesterday I have received an email from uquid. They have re established the ordering of debit card from their new card provider. Even though I have to pay for it again, I am  satisfied with it. So next move would be submitting application and requirements for KYC.

As far as my concern, I got my updated card without a charge. It took about three weeks that it had been delivered so again Uquid proved me wrong . Again I appreciate what Uquid did, and I will surely support its initiatives.
