Not sure if it will fit, but you can reach out to a few people who make them at home on 3d printers and I am sure they can produce them for you. ShawnPC1 on YouTube sells them maybe he can help

at least 4 feet long to muffle sound.

it can be 1 foot by 1 foot  by 4 feet

those ducts  on eBay are really bad as they restrict air flow.

but you can try them and see for your self

Hmmm I ended up putting alot of rockwool on walls to lower the sound. It works well though.

Thank you for the videos. Big help on giving me some ideas. I’d like to have a setup in my garage as well with 5 or so Avalon’s (if I’m lucky). I live in New Jersey too, Central. What are the considerations if I want to enclose the exhaust side with a 10” opening for ducting? I’d like to run the ductwork to an exterior wall. Would an exhaust fan at the wall or an inline duct exhaust fan help with escaping the hot air? My garage stays cool even in the summer, so I don’t think I would need cool air on the other side, but I have to replace the air being exhausted out, right? Thanks again.
