Hi to all!

This is my first topic and the first with help required. I've checked for the last 6 pages but did not found anything very common with my case.
The december batch, the  november sw worked completely ok for 2 weeks and few days ago the hash rate disappeared , I got 0.000 instead of the normal 14 Th.

The strange thing that I got it at the same time for both asics...  I'm pretty far away from them now and the only things that I can do, I do remotely.

The issue:
Both of them start , but from 6 boards 3 of them show the temp 15 C and no hashrate.

I will provide u with everything required ti get this issue solved. Just let me know about what would u need.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

To make it a bit more clear attached 2 pictures. Available by the link bellow.

there are 3 hasboards with temp 15 and no hashrate. The reboot doesn't help, replacing the pools and reseting also with no results.

Powered with APW3++ at 220v? If they did work for a while, I fear the boards broke. Maybe a power surge? My S9 lasted 4 days before a board went bad. Lots of reports of the same unfortunately.

Can you ask someone over there to actually power cycle? As in unplug, wait a couple of mins, plug-in? Sometimes they are just flaky and come back with that.

Thanks for the reply. I asked my friend to get there today and restart with unplugging and plugging the power cable. I also asked him to change the pins from a board to another and see what happens after.. I will have the result in few hours and will update this post.

It worked. unplugging and plugging the cable back helped. will monitor it to see if issue persists.

You may want to install a managed PDU or similar, to be able to do that remotely.

I have access to them through the cloud, but rebooting them remotely through the internal miner menu is not the same like switching off from the power outlet.
Now I'm thinking about using the gsm power outlets and have the power manageable at any time.
