This world is cruel you regret if you help someone and at the same time if you don`t help them so you get stuck between two fires, but the best thing to do is to help annonymously.

You're making too much assumptions about people. How many people, even rich, spend $10,000 on their pets? I don't even really get the tread, are you saying people scam because they are down on their luck? No, people scam because they are bad people. Scammers are bad people.

  Fraud is very weak and lazy people. Instead of working and earning people's bread, people want to do nothing without making a profit. So it does not happen that to receive dividends you need to invest your energy and time into work, then everything will be ok.

Scammers are upgrading with their modus operandi and I don't know what's the real ideology behind it. They just experienced on how to earn that quick from the hardship of others, we can't stop it and they are living their lives through scamming. But if they believe in karma they will stop, just don't do to others what don't you want to happen to you. Simple as that, if they don't believe in karma, someday there will be a return to what they have done.

there are many reasons why they choose to be a fraudsters, the main reason for getting the money quickly, by tricking them into earning more money for themselves, and now a lot of fraud mode perpetrators do to ensnare the korbanya into his game, such as fraud on the place of investment, they promise to make a big profit if investing in his place, but what happens instead they become a loss due to investing in the place of the perpetrator of fraud

People are scamming because of being poor and lazy, they don't want to work hard to earn big amount of money.  Also people are scammer because of greediness and we know that if you are greedy to money you will do everything to have it even in the wrong way.  The love(greed) of money is the root of all evil.

Other people doing scam or phishing to each human kind in order to  take advantage of  your weakness and to take over something in you like your asset of bitcoins or scamming your savings of fiat.they do this for easy money earning and not working with perspiration.

People scammed because the information is not that acceptable to our minds. The things that is impossible to do or to have becomes possible because of some marketing strategies and we try it without and feedbacks or confirmations. After that, they need some money for this thing for that thing then eventually you will receive nothing. That's it peiple are not well informed about the business they are entering. But in bitcoin, you are secure here.
