Thanks to AltcoinSteps making a block explorer for upcoin now all can see plain and simple that its a scam. the supposedly burnt Coins are sitting there staking, so burnt my ass. Terminator is busted!!!!!!!!!!

Did he forgot to delete the wallet.dat or did the forgot that deleted coins cannot/should not be sent ?

What a joke, Terminator claims he made an honest mistake  "i used ccleaner to wipe the wrong user/appdata folder,"   . I'm not convinced both ways, can't say if it's a scam or legit. It looked to me like a somewhat naive quick shot, so I still can't rule out simple mistakes. Admittedly it's easy for me to calmly watch this unfold, just got round 14 coins on Yobit to test something because that was the limit to get an order through.
