I'm dev of eLTC

I have 1st ever eLTC contract - 0x1F103Fd7C4fA908c25387DA70eD287b632bD22A2

I had 1st ever ANN thread - https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:x7nFfk2ya6cJ:https://bitcointalk.org/index.php%3Ftopic%3D2241265.0+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=ua&lr=lang_en%7Clang_ru%7Clang_uk

My coin  already on exchanges
https://idex.market/eth/eltc
https://etherdelta.com/#0x1f103fd7c4fa908c25387da70ed287b632bd22a2-ETH

Why after my ANN, 2 other eLTC threads was allowed? What was moderator doing?

I'm really confused by this situation. MANY USERS REALLY CONFUSED

How is this can be happening?

Yes, it is very confusing. This e-shit trend has been such a mess that many users literaly lose themselves in meanderings of this forum. Some announcements were banned, others not.
I don't know which one is the legit one and which one is the copy. What's sure is that I see many users applied for both airdrops and did not receive any token though. It's better to have serious project.
