It is a normal occurrence for price to be down after a massive price increase. Still, BTG somehow contributed to the current price decrease that have happened today. Some users just bought some additional bitcoin that helped boost price because of the current fork that have happened and now that BTG is already distributed and is implemented, people who bought additional btc tends to sell now, it will just be going back to a certain price but it might not dump below 4000$.

People were holding and accumulating bitcoin with the expectation of making an easy profit by getting their bitcoin gold for free, once they got their bitcoin gold many quickly liquidate their bitcoin holdings and thus the price goes down.

Maybe some people were looking for fast profit, by buying bitcoins holding in their accounts and then receiving tye equal amount of bitcoin gold for free and then encashing then both, but then again there were some people who were scared about their bitcoins being converted into some alternate cryptocurrency, then again some wallets were clearly were not safe for the hard fork thus people were trying to protect their bitcoins, and obviously the biggest culprit **PANIC SELLING**, all these things contributed for this drop in the price, but don't worry they will be up again.

Yes bitcoin price now down and its time to buy bitcoin and hold.I think Everyone waiting for big pumping .last fork bitcoin increased double and now bitcoin anytime broken all previous record and hope its will be 7000$ next month.

Most of the members of bitcoin community invest last week and hold for a possible free coin that can be produced at the bitcoin Gold fork.. That’s why there is a rally of increases that make bitcoin reach a new height and history record for 6100$ + into his existence.. But now that most have already make a free money,, they’re starting to sell back and it slowly decreases to 5000$ but for sure we will see increase in the couple of days..
