RULES:

• Bet only 1-3BTC, amounts smaller than 1BTC are taken as donations, amounts larger than 3BTC are sent back
• Fee=1.50% of the bet amount
• The first bets will be revealed after 10 minutes from the beginning of the round.
• The surplus will be paid to the person who makes the last bet before the game ends.
• If there is less than 5 players when the game ends, the bets will be returned (minus the transaction fees).
