Does the wallet "stake" the collateral coins and then break them into two 10000 coin amounts? That's what happened to me. I had to redo the 20000 payment so that I could start my nodes again.
There's no "lock unspent balance" on the coin control.

There is no fixed balance. Was it somewhere written about this? You must send one payment of 20k. When withdrawing coins from your wallet, you must have at least 20k confirmed coins to continue the work of the node.
