What happens with this token? No information no web page? And wearing it could have a good potentiality.

I believe this coin is already a dead coin, the last response of the dev was Oct 26. There is no whitepaper and no update what so ever. in-fairness this is just an airdrop, not unless you buy it on Etherdelta.

It is sad to see that previous developer decided to abandon the project and disappeared. We are a new ambitious developers team and we want to takeover this project with creating a new javascript blockchain platform. We found this token and decided to bring the project to a new level. Old project had a final purpose of creating token and starting to exchange this token at markets. The new project has a goal to create the real platform.

And why make a new account and restart the conversation?

Because we are a new team and this is our account. We don't have any access to the previous account and we are not connected with the previous developer. But we would be glad if he will return to the project.
