I too want to know when will BBD be available on other exchanges.

Due to limited funds, now our main focus and fiduciary duty is to develop the software ( crypto derivatives exchange ). We are in the stage of securing office in Dublin, People and Technology Partners. When this process is completed (when we know how much we need to spend on this), we know how much we can spend on advertising and promotion. Please be patient.

Hi Infinum, thank you for your suggestions. The previous post explain our priorities. Introducing BBD token to other exchanges is our high priority. We are aware that this is very important. However at this stage, our main task is to secure funds for exchange platform.

• Our duty is to develop software and the rest of funds are free to use on promotion and marketing.
• Exchange engine, ultra fast database, connectivity to LP, MM, all will be top tier.
• Prime Broker, Credit line, we will talk to some top tier banks.
• We should close the matters related to software development budgeting at the end of November.
• There will be a new website.
• Logo will be updated.
• But we like our name!
• We want to be cited in Reuters, Bloomberg, CNBC due to our research discovery in crypto derivatives pricing and cryptography.
• We will create a special tab at our new website " Tokenholder Relations" with month statement - very similar approach that is listed companies do. We can also disclose some financials.
• Every month or quarter we want to set up a video conference.

This is not official plan, now we are really engaged in exchange software issues.

Privately and through our friends we control ca. 30% of BBD, therefore our interests are aligned. The ultimate goal is to increase in price of BBD utility token.

We raised ca. 1200 ETH - this is enough to develop crypto exchange, there was no hype I guess.

Rule # 2 - Analyze the team and make sure they are already successful
Difficult to discuss this. We presented our bios.

Rule # 3 - Avoid projects with big "Dark periods" in their road-maps
There is no dark periods. All what we promised, we working on delivering it. On the other hand, because of the changing landscape we should be flexible with goal to increase BBD token popularity and utility (high transaction volume, reasonable burning rate).

Rule # 4 - Make sure there is a reasonable Hardcap, any unsold tokens - destroyed and that there won't be any future offerings
Our hardcap was high because most part of funds was supposed to be used for MM or LP activity, the mincap was a minimum amount to run the project (to develop and run the exchange). Any unsold tokens were destroyed and that there won't be any future offerings.

Rule # 5 - Make sure the project really needs to be on the blockchain and that it is disruptive in character
Custody and Settlement on Blockchain are very important for the community.

Rule # 6 - Make sure the founders are engaging with the community and that they need their token to increase in value
We are aware that BBOD is not so popular nowadays. However, we have our priorities : number one is to budget software exchange development. Then, it will be pleasure for us to show the product developmet around the Ethereum/Crypto community. So now we are more engaged in Forex/Finance industry community, because this is the place where the technology should be consulted.

Futures trading platforms for crypto are being made operational with significant institutional backing, yet this one has nothing new to show for.
https://github.com/BBODTradingPlatform/BBOD looks dead as well.

The EtherDelta market for BBD: https://etherdelta.com/#BBD-ETH just tested a new low @0.000002003 BBD/ETH which is some 500x lower than the ICO price.
It seems the market does not buy the roadmap.

Can't say I surprised as IMHO actions speak louder than words.

What is surprising though, is that people who run this project and have real credibility on the line would let that happen

New HQ, are you serious? How is blowing ICO funds on a new HQ adding any value to the project?
In the age of remote work there's hardly a need for a physical location not to mention the very early stage of the project.

Current Twitter feed is effectively mute - no relevant news are published there.
We've been hearing about the development priorities for some time now, but sadly there are no results of said work to test/verify.

Things that are important:

• what potential/actual clients do you have?
• what is the status of technical elements?
• where is the community around the project?

Since I do not expect any meaningful answers to those questions, I would not be surprised if BBD price tanked even more in the following weeks.

Sorry to say, but IMHO BBOD does not stand a chance on the market with such a poor quality of product management.

Hello BBD Tokenholders,

A new HQ (a small office rented in this building) is a place where management, sales and marketing will be conducted.

Negotiations and meetings with technology partner are usually the mutest stage in the product/project development.
Because we signed NDA. We will inform you about our partners after closing the deal.

Still, number one task is to budget software exchange development. We are about to close this stage (at the end of January). If we know how much we spend on this, then we can budget marketing and other promotional activities.

There are some ongoing activities related to decentralized custody, marketing, website development, regulatory issues. But no "hot" news at this moment.

We appreciate patience of all BBD token holders.

The new website should be ready in February/March and we will issue every month an activity statement which will be a part of professional "Tokenholders Relations" part on the website.

The "new" (migrated) BBD token will be used to pay transaction fees at BBOD exchange.
In simple terms: You should receive 100 "new" BBD for 1 "old" BBD. There is no inflation of BBD token.
