Why people try to create their own coins?

Like a lot of people here said, money is the motivation. And create altcoin is very easy, just copy someone else coins, add new features, make whitepaper, create new bitcointalk announcement thread, choose your distribution method( airdrop, ICO, mining) and profit. If you dont know how to make your own altcoin then you can hire some dev and pay him to make your altcoin.

There are so many coins, but many of them just a copy of anothers. Why they waste their time for nothing?

This is because they see an opportunity to get rich by making fake coins to deceive people. You have to stay away from people like this, they don't have positive thoughts and are very detrimental. If they want, actually they can use their time to do things right without having to commit fraud and cause losses.

Cause they are wanna be rich, creating ones own coin is not an issue here to me, but the problem is that most of the creators has no project to back the whole things up instead they start looking for investors not even those to buy the token but investors like a company project related to what their coin name is all about, what I see here is that only those with good marketing strategies make way out of it and have many people and company wanting to invest in their project. The main reasons here is that they all wanna be there when the cryptocurrency future is bright and make lot of money.

because they think that it is easier to get profit when you got your own coins. Though I like to question where does the money come ftom? because I think crypto can create unlimited money that can surprass the number of any fiat money.
