Get paid for calling on my behalf to US company

Hello,

I need someone to make a call to online store on my behalf and to try solve my issues.

I can pay 10$ for making an attempt and if you're successful the reward is 30$ for 15 minutes job.

Fluent English required, people born in the USA would be best, since that store is located in the USA.

Looking for someone with at least small negotiation skills.
