Add a new option to the context menu for transactions, allowing alerts to be set so that you are notified when a certain number of confirmations (specified by the user) has been reached.

Right click transaction.
Select "Set Alert" from the context menu.
Enter the number of confirmations to be alerted at.
Press the "OK" button.
Notification is displayed when transaction reaches the set number of confirmations.
