ARK is never same or above ETH
ETH until now still the best altcoin
It is best, because it is already on a market for some time and it is already developed coin. ARK is only approx several months on a market and it is still in stage of development, so it has all chances to reach ETH in a year for example. Also for ETH it is really difficult with all this new upcoming coins and smart contracts, we need some other coin, such as ETH to grow and go further. but besides trading on exchanges, what does ARK actually DO that you can't do with ETH? |

Cross-chain transactions and possibly smart contracts that utilize multiple blockchains. While not yet implement, it's on their roadmap and would set it apart from ETH and other smart contract platforms. |

It is a possibility though since we can never know what the future will hold. However, with the level of the level that eth is in and the technology that it holds, for ark to keep up or overcome eth, it will take a long time and will be a challenging one since as months go by and forks happen once in a whils, eth improves and increases thus making such possibility to be less likely.

ARK is a flexible sidechain and using the JavaScript programming language is suitable for many programmers. ARK is a new crytocurrency and has dev team from LSK. The community of ARK is quite large. ARK is not inferior to NEO and ETH. |

I do not know how big ARK can get but hodling some for long-term. A 5-10x
rise by 2018 end is possible.

Ark does have potential. It is an awesome long time hold. It has a brilliant team and very strong network behind it. I would suggest to buy it at a dip. I can't say if it would be as big as Ethereum or NEO but it would be big for sure.

All i can say is ark is lying on its strong support after a long time and it needs only one big announcement or something that has big impact in the ark and it will rise. |

Ark is a great coin, once it has smart contracts with it's chain offloading it should scale better than many other platform coins, it has a good future ahead.
I'm not a fan of javascript for it's choice of language though, while it's a very common well known language, I would rather see support for more type strict languages, NEO has done a good job with this.
Great coin but it won't touch NEO or Eth, has it's place for sure though

New and not attractive compared to other altcoin. ETH and NEO are more popular and have more applications. That is the advantage of the early Cryptocurrency. Because ARK came out later, it took a long time. |

One thing I've experienced with ARK is that its transaction speed is very fast.
Good coin compatible with various language. ARK will go big this year.
Fast transaction speeds are normal with "low" volume. You can't really judge a coin based on its speed if it doesn't pump through hundreds of transactions per second. |
