I think apart from the trade commission Bittrex exchange or any other exchange has tons of altcoins that were sent to the wrong addresses. Interesting, what they do with them?

would finish by feb. 1st, but FROM feb. 1st.

It's the combination of delayed bonus tokens, KYC after ICO, 1st Feb and now 'KYc verification starts 1st feb' with no deadline on when to expect to be verified.

Yes. KYC for HOQU is a strict necessity. After passing KYC HOQU will start to deliver HQX tokens to all the participants.
