The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.
I still believe in ICOs right now even if I can't say something for certain like this ICO has exceeded my expectations of it. Although I still believe in them, I see those who are quite new ICO starting by this month to be not that trustworthy but still they might still be profitable to invest into so there's no harm in taking risk and investing onto those new ICOs who knows maybe a certain ICO running now would be very successful in the future.

I agree. ICOs are still one of the easiest, and arguably the best way to earn cryptocurrencies, especially for those people who has not much assets in their hands to invest in more advanced ways like trading, mining or investing. I think many people who are here in this forum share than same sentiment and idea, and even though there has been so many news surfacing about ICOs being scams, I think there are still many supporters that keep on patronizing it. Although you can't really ensure that one ICO would be successful, it is our job as ICO joiners to actually check and evaluate if what we're joining has a good chance to succeed.

Why not believe in ICO? It's clear to everyone that fraud in the ICO is growing day by day, but no one forces you to participate in projects by force. You choose your project at your own risk. Therefore, everything depends on you. You need more responsibility in the selection of projects.

of course i still believe in ico, it is now a lot of ico scam, and sometimes ico price is higher than the price after the release in the market but it is reasonable because an investment of course has risks, just need to wait for the price to go up even though it can take time a lot

Cindicator, ICON, Monetha were successful. I suppose that Comsa will contribute pretty much this month. I believe there are a lot of legit projects around.

In 2018, there must be a lot of new ICOs. Yes, it's much harder to find a good project, because there are a lot of scammers. But on the ICO, you can still make money.  Smiley

as ico terms gives with the offers as referring the less on price with the value of coin, investors might collects of confronts of confirmation as the higher on liquidity as the supports on number with the level of attachment as the manage of the development with the projects from the distro,
that to helps with the less on risks as might to gains with the better on returns as limit of projection.

If you have idle capital and balance, why not try it.
I have invested $ 100 and recovered enough capital, I still get close to $ 5k

I still believe in ICO. I will never invest in a scam ICO before researching them. A lot of ICO have great potential, so in the long run, you can profit from it.

I have joined INS Ecosystem previously it was started in december and the outcome was successful, they have raised 60000 ethereum or a 100% success and this is the reason why I still believe in ICOs you just have to be careful on choosing and reading

There are two main factors that make it appear as if ICOs are no longer profitable:
1. Way too many ICOs pop up every day. Some are scam, most of them are rubbish. But there are still lots of good ICOs out there. I don't think there are less successful projects now. It's just there are so many others which are not.
2. Most people think that a successful token will alwaya go 10x-100x within a few weeks after the listing. However, in many cases it takes way longer before the token explodes. People look for quick money and if that doesn't happen fast enough they treat the project as unsuccessful even though it might not be the case.

the answer is not in yes or no. there are still altcoin ico which can be considered as good and will become successful in the end like Earth token, and  Utrust which is recently ended up their ico and became successful too until the end of their project campaign. its depend on person to person investigation and research ..

I gotta disagree! There are still plenty of successful projects, you just have to turn on your quality filters and make your own research prior to investing.
