The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.

I believe. there are some ico who have successfully come out. and the ico I am taking will be finished and successful, so I think it's about the knowledge and what you think and plan.

As long as there is a long-term product, I trust it. but, if it does not exist then I am worried that ICO only makes junk coins. after hardcap succeeded and dev lost with their money.

Yes ofcourse, I still believe in ICO just like domraider it was so successful ICO because all tokens has been sold.
first you state that you still believe there is an ICO that will be successful.
We understand that not all ICO's are legit, there are also scam which is not seriousing their project.
second, you do not believe in ICO.
I am confused on your opinion, do you trust ICO or not?

I think people are still interested in investing in ICOs. The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically, this is the nature of crypto coins. the ICO project grows up more synonymous with project potential and strength will grow and the project does not meet the requirements will be removed. make wise investment

Make me great again

The main reason behind this is that any one now a days can start an ICO because it is the easiest way to raise money. Why they fail ? because their project is not supported by great technologies and do not have the potential to be adopted by the market. The better option is to buy coins from exchanges because number of times when an ICO coin come in an exchange, its ICO price is higher than its price on exchange.

Obviously, I'm biased a bit, but it's only because I believe in the huge potential for all sides.

I'm biased as well.  Check out StockBet.  It's one of the rare projects that have working software.  Come play a few rounds:

Has BTC hit resistance?  Take on the bettors on this Bitcoin round:

Dow Jones is up 25% in 12 months.  Will it continue?  Take on the bettors on this Dow Jones round:

I agree. In my opinion in order to be successful a ICO should have:
- a good project behind
- a good team, which one could trust and which has the required coding, marketing, etc. competencies
- a reasonable hard cap

Despite this fact, I recently saw several ICOs where tokens, after ICO, underwent a devaluation.
So, now I am evaluating whether it could be more profitable to invest in ICOs, or to wait that they hit the market and putting some fishing nets around 50-60% of ICO price.

No Icos No Crypto economy.
ICOs are very important for the whole crypto ecosystem..of course the phenomenon is raising and many people are
trying to scam others directly or not proposing amazing investments and profits.
In my opinion we should all be more vigilant when choosing the right ICO.

Of course, I believe in conducting now and in the future successful ICO. I recently participated in the signature campaign Vindicator, it was completed quite successfully. Now I'm participating in the SelfPay signature campaign, which allows you to accept crypto-payments from the credit card of the mobile application Sale. I believe that this campaign is quite promising and I hope that it will be completed successfully.

SWG.ioPre-Sale is LIVE at $0.15

The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.
If the project has good potential for the long term, why not?
Unless the current garbage ICO is overwhelming, no one has seen a good look recently

Yes ofcourse, ico are the main reason why we are here. If we dont believe on icos then we are in the wrong forum since this forum promotes lots of promisong icos that we can profit. Icos success depends on the promotions they offer and how the people advertise their tokens.

They are decreasing only because of the bans and some regulations. Also a lot of developers are already in some projects, so maybe also some lack of programmers out there. But if we look in the past, we will still see that even right now the number of ICOs is still huge.

The right question would be: "Still DON'T believe in ICO?", because the only alternative to ICO is IPO and if you don't believe in ICO is like saying blockchain is dead !!

Only if the project has extra confirmations of being legit at this point.  There have been so many scams that it's difficult to invest money at this point, major trust issues.

Yeah not all ICO can be trusted , but i know something.
An ICO its based on the developer , and the bounty manager , when their seriously on their project , an ICO can be success and the Token sale was succefully sold out.
We happy and the ICO Dev happy because we work for their bounty and promotion for their project and make a big succesfull coin selling.
And make other investor will invest to their Project.  Cheesy

I still believe in ICO as a good way for innovative and great ventures to accumulate capital without all the red tape that banks and the government impose. ICO should not be judged by how greedy and trash people use it for fraudulent acts. Due to this, ICOs will be regulated. China and some countries are already starting to do this. It's constricting and but necessary to protect investors. If the the team and the proposal are sound then there wouldn't be problem.
