The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.

There are many ICOs on the market today. There are many scams in ICOs that make people worried when investing to hurt investors. But there are also many potential ICOs aimed at the community. The ICO is increasingly developing and adding value makes the investors profitable. The potential ICO market is very big bending these scam ICOs are just a few. I still believe in the ICO market. The problem is a bit more difficult when you have to be careful in choosing and finding out ICO for investment.

There are a lot of scam projects in ICO which make people feel confused. But there also are good ICO which turns to be a very good investment. Please analyze and carefully study the ICO project you want to participate in to avoid investing in scam projects. Don't listen to other people.

The ICOs have been sources of scams but it is only a disadvantage compared to the benefits that we can obtain from a ICO reliable and high profitability. So I am still pro ICO is an excellent way to invest and earn money without risk you just have to know how to choose well and detect scams.

Not all ICOs scam, and there are some good projects out there, and many more will follow. ICO is a very controversial way for launch cryptocurrencies and projects. There are a lot of good projects and we should invest in real projects. I have invested and will continue to invest.

indeed the end of all this ICO drastically dropped that result from an unstable market. maybe in the future it will recover as the market grows, so I think the market is affecting the price

Yes I also still believe in ico, there are even a lot of ico scams and some ico are sheltered because not all ico is a scam, I hope there will be a good project in the future. Of course i still do. Eventhough there have been so many ICOs that are unseccessful or in some way unrealistic with its targets/goal, there are still that are successful and are worth an investment. There are a couple of ICOs that have been thriving and doing a great job in their respective projects.

Almost the ICO projects different Ripple, Ethereum and Binance are the ICO projects without any product, application as the roadmap for the community.
You can check again the ICO projects created since 2016 until today, how many projects really have application as the roadmap said in whitepaper?
Not much, to be honest, I just know Ripple, Ethereum and Binance are good projects can do anything they said in whitepaper.

Yes, indeed, scince there is almost 80% of scam ICOs, but still there is many good and perspective projects! Just try to invest only in trustworthy ones, and have a success!
