Merchants will be able to define their own rules, however, if they wish to be part of the merchant coalition developed by Sandblock, they will have to be accepted by all other members of the network. This system of governance will ensure its proper functioning.

Yes, it will happen but first things first. Unfortunately we are so used to projects that lure investors with no product. Sandblock still needs to develop all the components of the infrastructure required to allow the ecosystem to function seamlessly, such as :The decentralised Satisfaction Protocol,mobile apps for customers, web dashboards for merchants,SDKs and widget/plugins to enable customer integration.

The application is currently under development and unfortunately not accessible to the public. A private beta is expected to be available by the end of the year and the public beta will be available in early 2018.
