i tried but the form was not reachable and right now it shows that i still need to wait but as mentioned it would start on 14gmt october12 and right now it's 20gmt october12 so i am wondering whats going on

Probably some hours or the next day after the dev has finished sending out tokens for the third airdrop. I'm sure he will state the date and time so you can be ready for it. |
