The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

As an employer I would choose 3-5 years of job experience from the industry over master degree anyday.
In my country job experience is more important, however some jobs require a minimum education. It is always however a bonus to have a master degree when competing with other job seekers on the labor market. That is also the reason why I am doing master thesis even though I do have a job and do not need (at the moment) a higher education. Just in case - you never know. (its free in my country, of course).

It's just like you're saying. I have an MA and I know people with more than 1 degree and most of them had trouble finding a job. Nobody cared about their education.
Nowadays 2 things count when you're applying.
1. Whether you're referred by someone.
2. Your experience

A degree is important only when only people with none of the above have applied and even then many companies would rather postpone the recrutation than take a random person based on education.
This highly depends on your type of degree. STEM degrees at the very least will get you an internship which is more than enough to get a job, unless you're trying really hard not to or have some other sort of deficiency.

Do you think that master degree is important? I see that many companies nowadays ask for a master degree but still I know many people who had a job without it. Do you think it is essential?
Yes it is important if you're aiming for something higher,  bigger and extravagant on your professional career. Having a masters degree is an edge to become somewhat more in demand and so does experience.

Master degree is a very good leverage and great credential for those who is aiming for good position/rank in companies. Master degree give you a chance to be in higher position and higher payment and of course lot of responsibility because the company expect a lot for you.

As I know it's important in case you want to be in top management. If you are ok being just a regular specialist it's useless.

In a country like mine where B.sc is so common, the only way ahead of the crowd is a Masters

I don't know. Here in India, (at least in the IT industry), having a masters is quite useless. All that matters is the institution from which you graduated and your coding/programming knowledge. Someone who doesn't even have a Bachelor's degree will be hired over someone with Master's, if he knows coding.

I personally chose to not go after my Masters degree because of the fact that where I live it would not provide me with many more opportunities than my Undergrad degree. Realistically, the only reason I would have done a Master's would be if I wanted to become a Professor. But I don't so I chose to look for other options.

I think it is necessary to have one. As the education system is changing and now bachelor degree is not enough for working on a higher levels. It is something like not finishing your college without master degree.

It's a very good leverage and a great credential a master degree is specially if you're aiming for good rank in a company you're applying for. A master's degree is also given to a person who actually 'mastered' a certain program. This gives the company the confidence that the person they will be employing actually knows what he/she is doing.
Do you think that master degree is important.

Master Degree is important for those who want to make a career. There are lots of examples of succeeded people without even high school graduation. If you have Master Degree - that doesn't mean you are smart and well educated.. May be for your employer only... Anyway it's better to have it.

no, I think master degree is not important, but if you are aiming for higher position such as teaching or to be specialized in a certain field you may need a master degree in order to applied to a certain position, many profession that require master degree like research and teaching. a person with master degree often benefit from a high salary and more job responsibilities.

While a Master Degree can be a respectable credential, it's more important to understand what skills employers are looking for and how your education can help meet that demand. For instance, if you do a Master Degree in Political Science, that may to some seem useless, but a strong familiarity with statistics and statistical software suites can help you land a job in the growing data science industry.

It depends: if you want a corporate career, probably yes.
If you want to be an entrepeneur, not really

Yea its main point if you want to do some corporate job then you must have this for good income and good career because this could be advantage for you but if you are interested in personal then no need because you can do many things without this and experience is much better then this degree

If you have a great resume and track record, educational requirements can be overlooked 80% of the time. Plus, it always helps to know someone in the company.

it is very important to constantly learn and improve your skills...but the degree itself doesn't always speak about the level of knowledge and skills...another important factor is where you got this degree
