it is very important to constantly learn and improve your skills...but the degree itself doesn't always speak about the level of knowledge and skills...another important factor is where you got this degree

A degree doesn't just "not always" speak about knowledge or skills, it almost never does. Most people leaving university are donkeys nowadays. Degrees will become less and less relevant in the future.

Master degree is a big advantage when you want to apply in a higher position.There are companies that preferred applicant with higher education.But I think skills and knowledge is most important even you did not get master degree as long as you are responsible and  know what is your applying for or the job you want.

You could also consider masters degree as entrance to VIP zone where you need tickets or invites to do so. If you can get one, get it and keep it. It won't do any harm whatsoever.

It's not as important to have as much as a degree is, but then again apparently experience is valued more than a degree so we are told, but a lot of ads do want you to have one. So i think a normal degree is enough.

Yes, if it is relevant to your area of specialization and field. The purpose of that degree is to upgrade your learning during your college life. Having said that, it's a good tool to compete in today's era. It increases our salary and promotion. But I agree on what you said, sometimes long experienced to different kinds of work can be more important than holding that masters degree because some company look on the potential and skills of an individual to fit in their work more than their educational attainment.

Absolutely! Master degree is a point wherein we  update our knowledge into the latest technology to compete not only to your country but around the world. It's  additional points to earn promotions and additional income. However, it depends on the persons's personality if he/she are flexible, work oriented, kind and hardworking then having a master degree is just one factor to have a descent job.

Teaching are given to us theoretical knowledge. In order to be a good worker this is not enough. For me, experience is more important than theory. Master's degree is not so important

Master degree is important for your personal knowledge and then for to find an high level job,this is in theory. .For a lot of  IT companies for sales if you speak 3 Languages are more than happy than offer you a job,in this case is not important master degree for HR,really sad in my point of view.So you can have full degree,master degree never mind.

I don't really think that master's degree is really that important. Only those who are going to be promoted or those who are applying for managerial job are required to acquire the said degree. Or if you want to be a doctor in education, you must have a master's degree. There's a lot of successful businessman who wasn't even able to finish a degree who are successful. I think that degree is just an achievement.
