Author Topic: CEX.IO not paying out for over a month  (Read 286 times)

On September 6th i requested a 10.000 EUR withdrawal to my EU bank account. 35 days later i still have not received it.
Usually SEPA payments go through the same business day.
Another withdrawal i requested September 7th i have already received, but the bigger one is missing.
I wrote more than 15 emails to their support requesting for more information and that they would provide a payment slip from their bank.
From the replies i get they seem to be trying to resolve it, but until today i have not received my payment or proof of payment from their bank.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

if you have a friend or relative who lives in one of the countries where they have office you can ask your relative or friend to go to his office to find out what this event is that until today they have not solved your problem
