CEX.IO not paying out for over a month

On September 6th i requested a 10.000 EUR withdrawal to my EU bank account. 35 days later i still have not received it.
Usually SEPA payments go through the same business day.
Another withdrawal i requested September 7th i have already received, but the bigger one is missing.
I wrote more than 15 emails to their support requesting for more information and that they would provide a payment slip from their bank.
From the replies i get they seem to be trying to resolve it, but until today i have not received my payment or proof of payment from their bank.

Ticket 309402 opened on August 23 User: up107853129 1000$ transfer still in pending after the 14 working days . Sent numerous emails to the support team but received only excuse answers. They are the ones that are saying that it will take up to 14 days for a transfer not me. I can only hope... "

if you have a friend or relative who lives in one of the countries where they have office you can ask your relative or friend to go to his office to find out what this event is that until today they have not solved your problem
