Is there any level of interest in the original blockchain? Seems there are still quite a few holders of the original coin. I could get a web wallet up for us and maybe kickstart some development for this coin.

Since it's a token swap, technically everyone is still a holder of the original chain. Feel free to kickstart something, though I'd suggest better get involved with the development of the new Wyvern Protocol.

Look forward to the livestream, whenever that's up!

PS: No news from Coinexchange at all?

I seem to have 2096 WYV trapped on coinexchange.  It seems to be the old coin because the deposit address (which it tells me not to use) starts with a W.  What to do?  Huh

Is the dev on summer vacations? Or Wyvern project is totally dead? No trading activity at ForkDelta since March'18 (!!!) But BUY offers are not empty at all. Does somebody hold or trade WYV?

The network timestamps transactions by hashing them into an ongoing chain of hash-based proof-of-work, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-work. The longest chain not only serves as proof of the sequence of events witnessed, but proof that it came from the largest pool of CPU power. As long as a majority of CPU power is controlled by nodes that are not cooperating to attack the network, they'll generate the longest chain and outpace attackers. The network itself requires minimal structure. Messages are broadcast on a best effort basis, and nodes can leave and rejoin the network at will, accepting the longest proof-of-work chain as proof of what happened while they were gone.

Thanks for info. I checked Discord channel of WYV project. But unfortunatelly it's not acitve enough at the moment. No plans of further development. Seems WYV became another useless token in my ETH wallet
