What I don't understand is why are you taking 40% of the ICO coins for yourself?  Isn't the 150k ETH you're raising enough for you?

I hate these greedy projects... You're leaving only 60% of the minted coins to your backers.

You shouldn't be taking any of the ICO coins, the funds you've received during the ICO should be enough for dev (or any other) purpose.

There are only very few exchanges offering margin trading where you can borrow funds for long or short positions, one of the most well known is Poloniex. I don't know if there's a coin exchange right now that offers Options and Futures trading for crypto currencies. You could be the first. May I ask if you already have an existing prototype code for your planned centralized exchange?
