How long is your service working?
The pre-sale collective sales club started in June in Silicon Valley and grew organically. In June-September the club functioned via chat, email, Excel tables. The more members we had the more complicated were the communications and transactions. How secure is the collected funds? Escrow?
No. We don't use escrow at the moment. Your account on our site is protected with unchangeable email and password. Your personal account is located on our safe servers that are additionally guarded against bots, malware, and DDOS attacks. Additionally Tokenator club is secured by web application firewall Wallarm. Moreover, we are seriously working on the improvement of security. We plan to add two-factor authorization and to take other measures. Until the tokens are issued there is no way for a possible hacker to withdraw them. There is no vulnerability at all. It means there is nothing to steal until the token distribution date. And closer to the tokens distribution date we will enhance the security with 2FA and other measures. |

No. All the details are negotiated before the deal appears on Tokenator. |

GoldMint buys, sells and repurchases GOLD at the current market price for physical gold. The company uses exchange-traded funds (ETF) or physical gold (of 999 quality) as its security. GoldMint's gold reserves equal or exceed its mined amounts of GOLD. There will be 2 tokens: 1) GOLD is GoldMint's cryptoasset. It’s value is aligned to the current LBMA price of gold. One GOLD equals one ounce (31,1035 grams) of gold (999 quality) on the stock exchanges + 5% commission (max.) 2) MNTP tokens are launched on Ethereum blockchain and are offered for sale during ICO. Later they will migrate to MNT tokens (GoldMint blockchain) to verify GOLD transactions. MNT is GoldMint's internal token, used to confirm GOLD cryptoasset transactions. 75% of GOLD commissions are sent to miners/ MNT holders as rewards for verifying blocks. |
