Yes you can use two laptops.Just import private keys.Thats it.

Yes of course you can.
Download the wallet there and import your private keys and (wallet.dat if needed) and you're good to go.
What wallet are you using ? Just to give you more precise instructions.


My wallet is  www.blockchain.info

Isn't blockchain an online wallet? Means you can open it anywhere using browser as long as you have internet connection. Just be sure to also have access to your phone and email coz blockchain will be confirming your identity when opening on a new ip or device

I thought you're asking for offline wallet. If blockchain all devices are working it's a webwallet as long you have internet you can access your wallet.
