I know nothing about icon, and just took a game on this.
My $3000 is now worth only $2000, should I cut my losses or maybe buy more?

I would wait a little while till the price of that coin settles down because most coin holders are trying to  dump their coins for small money.

I don't know if you are new to the space but remember last year too when the price of ICOs were dropping after listing on exchange which was to me really strange most people were selling but a good investors should be buying especially if you know that the project has sound idea and good community support
