Accessing Expanse on Ledger Nano S

My dad recently sent a couple Expanse tokens to his Ledger Nano S but hes unable to access the tokens when he logs into his Ledger's MEW.  He says when he goes to etherscan the tokens show up but when he clicks on the "show tokens" he gets some kind of error message.  He's convinced that he lost the Expanse tokens because he doesn't know his private key.  This sounds ridiculous to me and I'm sure there is a simple solution to this.  Does anyone have any clue what the problem is?

It says "Invalid status 6804.  Check to make sure the right application is selected" when he switched to Expanse on MEW.

Hmm, doesn ring a bell. Had he turned on both "contract data" and "browser support" on his ledger??

Could you tell me how can I enter to my Expanse wallet on Ledger Nano S. In general I had just installed Expasne wallet but when I try to get in to Expanse wallet by Ethereum chain it does not work - no aswer from the device Any ideas? Thanks in advance a lot

Ok... I think I have it. It doesn't seem to work the the Ledger Chrome App... you need to use MyEtherWallet.

First, you'll need to setup "Browser Support" to "Yes" on the Ledger Nano S.
1. Open the Expanse application on your Ledger device
2. Scroll with the right button to find the "settings", press both buttons to open them
3. Scroll with the right button to find the "browser support", press both buttons to open it
4. Scroll with the right button to find "Yes", press both buttons to select it

Once that is done, you then use MyEtherWallet:
1. Go to https://www.myetherwallet.com/
2. Click on the "Send Ether & tokens" tab
3. Select "Ledger Wallet"  on the menu "How would you like to access your wallet"
4. Select EXP (Expanse.tech) in the Network scroll menu (top right corner) <-- Easy to miss!
5. Click on the big blue button that says "Connect Ledger Wallet"

It should now pop up a connection box listing your addresses etc, you can select the one you want to use, click "unlock wallet" and you should be good to go
