Nope the block profit is divided between all the miners, and it takes few hours for it to mature. We find blocks every few mins.

What happen with pool?
You know me mine your pool every day but not all day because I switch to other pool for check what pool is best fast and pay.
I want same coin with other pool, don't want your discount fee.

Please explain. What you mean by less coin, we tend to have Best Ping from different locations and also your payout differs based on how many GHs we have. What is your payout difference ?

Last night I mine your pool max speed at 38 GH., 2.30 Hours, Network Diff 20.673-21.1xx T, Pool Hash Rate before me mine 60.xx GH.
Pool is smooth and look like, Delta less to nothing, Rejected 0 GH.
But after finish Immature Balance show 28.xxxxxxx , Block found 5-6 (I don't remember).
Other pool same speed and Diff but Pool Hash Rate before me mine 81.xx GH.
AFter finish I receive 36.xxxxx, Block found 12-13 (I don't remember).
This is difference.
I don't know about pool setup difficulty level up to 9000 or not.
I like your pool and want use your pool.
I don't mind about pool fee you can setup to 1-1.5 if pool is pay same other pool.
