http://www.zurker.com/

Pegged to 22 currencies yet no information as to how the "zen" currency is infact issued.

And they sure give bitcoins a bashing on their sister site.

isn't necessarily a pyramid scheme, but it's centrally issued and managed.

It's pretty much a pyramid scheme: http://manurevah.com/blah/en/blog/Zurker---Making-Pyramids-Appear-Flat

Cue a thousand *coiners going: "A pyramid scheme? Where can I sign up for that?"

Guess some people quickly fall for various schemes.

Not so much "fall for", but *coiners have a history of overestimating their own abilities expecting to ride the pyramid on top, then invariably drowning when the whole thing inevitably sinks. See pirate, miningunited, etc. etc. etc.

yeah, they have this vShare thing going, which might be a pyramid scam (I haven't looked into it).

but their Zen currency is something different and new, they just trade it 1:1. Like Liberty Reserve etc essentially.
