Looking for a VCC with a balance of $11
I have PayPal/ BTC
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

If your requirement is just to buy a domain, u may comfortably use your BTC directly in services like Gandi.net, BestHostFree.com etc.

You yourself can get a VCC by loading your BTC. Check https://coinsbank.com, a trusted services previously known as bit-x, had campaigns here for years.

But I guess entropay accepts only debit or credit cards whereas OP is available with only PP or BTC.

there many vvc provide all depend on where you need to sue ..but i am using this company for long time  http://entropay.com/ you can use they are good
