In simple words, legit is related to payment. If the site is paying what they should have to pay then we can call it "legit", otherwise it can be called as scam or hoax or others.
@bitcoin4free: kindly remove your post with that referral link from a site that is not proven as a legit site. Use your own script, and back here later once you get something from the site.

Its because its technically a slang term. Many immigrants who I went to University with also had no idea with "legit" means.

Its not a good way to describe a website.

Same with the word "scam", many immigrants have no idea what that term means. And you gotta understand that most likely almost 50% of the people who are on bitcointalk are from around the world and english might be their 2nd or 3rd language.

Yes its because they so desperate for money they don't even think. They just see money and whiney things and forget to properly think out what they doing. Being in a position of desperation rates yeilds good results and you can see why.

Not curious at all, because as you progress towards minimum withdrawal amount (30 mBTC) the chances of your winning will decrease heavily, even if you did reach 30 mBTC they won't process the withdrawal.

Just use common sense. Do you really think a website that has almost no ads (except for a few that pop up every once in a while) would be able to pay 0.03BTC to EVERY user that manages to get that amount (wich by the way it's not hard to do, if you spam the link on some Facebook groups you can get thousands of spins, wich in turn can take you to 0.03 BTC in a matter of 2 days probably).
If you consider those thing it's obvious that it is a scam and you will definetly not get paid.

Just avoid using the website and spread the word that it IS a scam. We should meka it extremely hard for idiots that create websites like this to make money out of clicks, visits or anything else they can use to monetize the domain. Of course it's a huge trend and lots and lots of sites like this will pop up every day. Again, just use common sense and you will avoid wasting your time for useless efforts. If you see someone talking about it, alert them not to use it nor to spread word about it.

I have seen some people with the same condition like you, they were so easy to reach 80-90% but gets harder to win after that. Surely, as the game is not provably fair and the owner is not willing to be a charity site so the owner may change everything on the game to give more lose than win after you reach 90%+

I have the same observation too on which most people do able to get 90% but reaching out 100% is already a challenge and becomes hard and i agree on the thing you do said that owner isnt creating a charity institution on here that do give free money and imagine 0.03 is quiet a decent amount by just spinning out.The real fact here is that they are just using your CPU power to mine somethings
