There is no way to know or really find out. You can watch the block chain and see what the address does over time and hope for a clue, but that is the nature of an anonymous currency. Exchanges and other sites that use multiple users and multiple addresses have different systems for handling the client wallets, so that can make it hard to track without some real effort.

If you do make some real effort I would say it would be still useless. You may track on whats the activity of that address regarding on its incoming or outgoing transactions but talking about whos the owner of that address then its an impossible thing to know because of anonymity of bitcoin. It nearly impossible or even 0% chance on knowing it.

Google it and go to the last page of the search. It will show that the address has been posted somewhere in this archive[1] of the faucet.

You can't really just ask who owns this address. I could create an address right now, go to your faucet and use it there. You would never be able to link the address to me.

The address also only received one transaction of $0.6; Not sure why you are so worried about this guy.
