I do not even want to compare gold and the crypto currency, as gold appeared before and it is fixed still in our grandfathers in the brain and turns more often on the tongue and bitcoin is a new era of trade

Bitcoin and gold are very similar, and both are used as a means of storing valuables. The only disadvantage of bitcoin is that its price is not constant and varies greatly, because of this many distrust it.
Yes they are similar that we can hold it in years but the value are different because bitcoin are decreasing and increasing while the gold are slowly goes up the price. But bitcoin price are very fast if goes up so gold and bitcoin have different potentials.

I don't think bitcoin should be seen as a substitute for gold. This is a completely different investment, which does not need to be compared with gold. I prefer to have both bitcoin and precious metals.

Will the bitcoin replace the Gold? If there is A war coming everyone will run to the Bitcoin instead of the gold?
Some analyst  say that in 5 years BTC will be less than $100 while GOLD will be above 10K, your thoghts?
I did my risk mangment and split my investments, boght PAX coin to be on the safe side.

I wonder what this forecast is based on. I would like to see an analysis that bitcoin will be less than$ 100, and gold more than$10,000.

Payperex - This project, which is a lot. But they did not raise much money on their ICO. I wouldn't trust their predictions.

It is unlikely that the bitcoin can be replaced by gold, as it is too dependent on the Internet, but gold is at least possible to hold in hands, it really is. Therefore, they will exist in parallel, but not replace each other.

of course I will choose bitcoin rather than gold because I see myself total gold can not be calculated and different from the total supply of bitcoin that is very clear maximum there are only 21 million pieces bitcoin is definitely making bitcoin price becomes very expensive.

why are they running on bitcoin, not gold.? because the bitcoin is not physical, while the Gold has a physical and load to carry. I believe bitcoin prices will still go up if they say $ 100 in 5 years to come. I believe the next 5 years bitcoin will reach $ 50K - $ 100K. because it is very rare.

If I have to put my investment in safety, I'd rather choose gold because its value is known by everybody. Bitcoin is more useful for speculations and have a higher risk
it is perfectly true that you say that to choose a safe investment in the long term is better in gold alone, because the price is also stable. but if to get a big advantage better in bitcoin alone, but have a great risk if not careful to use it

I don't think it's worth comparing them, they're so different. But I prefer to have investments in bitcoin, because gold, unfortunately, does not bring me such a profit, although it is more reliable.

In fact, Bitcoin is not without reason called the updated version of the most popular precious metal. A kind of digital gold, or in another way - or gold v 2.0. Market participants identified the following common features among them: safety, simplicity and accessibility in understanding, limited extraction, divisibility. In almost every common area, bitcoin loses for one reason or another.

Gold is certainly more reliable, because it is tested by time and our ancestors, but bitcoin is a high - tech invention, modern, it makes it possible to earn money faster. So I prefer bitcoin.

Gold has a real value and legality is strong. However, when compared with bitcoin investment, the benefits can be quickly felt. Your choice is very precise. Whatever the choice, whether gold or bitcoin, stick to the principle: Never invest what you can not afford to lose.

bicoin vs gold. 2 tools that are suitable for investment. but between the two tools will not be existing to replace each other, bitcoin replaces gold, or gold replaces bitcoin. maybe in a few years any one of the two investment tools will decrease the interest because there are more produces.
some people who do not understand bitcoin will consider gold better than bitcoin because they can hold it real, but we as bitcoiner will say bitcoin is better because it gives very big advantage to us.

They're not only the investment, they're the currency and the money also because you actually can use Bitcoin or Golds to exchange to anything that you want in case the guy who has it accept Bitcoin or Gold.
Gold and Bitcoin are the same way on how it works , they're just a little bit different because one is real and one is digital.

Gold is far stable than bitcoin, it cannot be compared.
For investment, i think it is more profitable to invest in bitcoin becauase bitcoin price can increased 100% in a short time.
Unlike gold

If you are planning to invest between and gold, I prefer to you to invest in bitcoin. The price of the gold is really stable, it is good investment but bitcoin investment is more profitable than gold investment. You should take the risks for you to earn big amount of profit.
