In principle, an interesting project. But, what does the naval platform have to do with it? Something to do with the war? And to what country does this apply? And then, somehow I do not really want to invest in a likely enemy.

I did not see the sailors among the crew. But, it's probably not important. I only know that military contracts are regulated by states.
