Why are so many people against bitcoin?

The point is they do not know the knowledge of bitcoin, they think bitcoin is an element of fraud or game of money like gambling and so on.Or they envy to see users of bitcoin users who have success that earlier, so they feel left behind.

Many people feel the fear of new technologies. This is understandable, I also experienced a certain sense of fear when I learned about bitkoyn, but when I figured out what it was, everything became normal.

Well, probably those people who are against bitcoin are only those who doesn't know hot it really works.  Mostly people I know who are agaisnts it are those who have not experienced earning from it.  They do not want to learn and tend to feel envy to those who are successuful with bitcoin.

There is no point in being against bitcoin. It is there to stay. Everything in the world is getting digital. Relationship, jobs, money. We are on the cusp of the crypto revolution.

I do not know exactly why do they really hate bitcoins, maybe they work on a banks and bitcoins are ruining their jobs. Or maybe they have been a victim of a bitcoins scam they lend money into some bitcoins scam then they loses it. The thing is bitcoins do not have investment thing, if you wanted to invest in bitcoins probably buy bitcoins then just hold it in your wallet and that would not be a scam. Or if you are investing in some icos you better watch out for those non legit projects that will just only scam your money. We need to be picky to avoid scam do not hate just trust

For me it's probably due to the uncertainty and most importantly, the security functionalities of bitcoin in particular and digital currencies in general. They don't go through a middle source (for example, banks) and some of the countries have not yet legalized bitcoin. And of course, bitcoin's creator still remains a question of anonymity.

I think many people are against bitcoin because it's either they don't understand it or they understand it to the point that they are scared for what bitcoin might do for them. many reason why people against bitcoin. first, it's because they lack knowledge about bitcoin so they do not want bitcoin and they are always focused on the bad side produced by many scammers.second, because they are insecure they will not be able to make it more profitable in bitcoin currency.

I think no one is actually against Bitcoin. It's either them having missed out and thus are heavily disappointed, which in some cases can turn into a form of hate. Or they lack the knowledge to understand something, wich again can turn into a form of hate. In both cases it's nothing more than a lame attempt to cover that person's own weakness/stupidity/ignorance - that directly goes up for banks and governments as well. From banks and governments I already know that nothing will change, but when it comes to people, it all comes down to education. If they understand what Bitcoin is, what decentralization means, and the freedom that comes with it, they eventually will change their way of thinking ..

Yeah it does happen when some people start something new and different. You are right it is also happening because people are not having a lot of knowledge about bitcoin. They are curious about it and they are not very broad minded people. But if you will show them your earnings from bitcoin they will definitely ask you about it and will show interest about bitcoin to earn it.

Yeah it does happen when some people start something new and different. You are right it is also happening because people are not having a lot of knowledge about bitcoin. They are curious about it and they are not very broad minded people. But if you will show them your earnings from bitcoin they will definitely ask you about it and will show interest about bitcoin to earn it.

I don't know others around you are interesting in Bitcoin or not, but honestly, the price of Bitcoin reached $15,000 made a lot of people in my country interested it. Beside that, my family also stopped their worry about the future of cryptocurrency and my job, I so happy the value of Bitcoin made others changed their thinking.

In my point of view,the reason for this is crypto currency becoming cenralized.If Crypto currency become centralized a lot of people lose their jobs like  in postal industry today.
In addition to that some people see the facts that investing in crypto currency is too risky because of its volatility and the space for frauds.

Many people against bitcoin because they dont really understand what bitcoin is and not introduce clearly too. Some others are thinking that bitcoin is just like some other online and offline business is scam, because they heared many victims of it. But if they can only try bitcoin i dont know if they can say bad bitcoin anymore

When layman do not know the value of the opportunity he will be against, so it is better to teach about bitcoin with your earning proofs and the rich men stories about bitcoin. It cures their disease of being against bitcoin provide them the medicine by teaching about bitcoin then they will be cured with the new light of understanding how much time they are wasting thinking to make profits from FIAT. Higher profits from bitcoin just sets them free by being against, so teach them and share them, if still they be against just give a blessing of freedom for them.

No these are not so many people who are against bitcoin but most are in the favor of bitcoin while there are only a few people who are against bitcoin and they are against because they do not know about bitcoin and they are in misdirection about bitcoin and about its fact and uses etc.

In my case, people I know are generally very financially conservative which means they don't really comfortable with high level of risks. I kind of understand them as most of them grew up like that.

Most people dont even know about cryptocurrencies and also about bitcoin, they think that this is another deception or that it is too difficult to understand and they trying avoid these topics. Many people are afraid invest in bitcoins because bitcoin can explode at any moment and then they will lose all their money. Many people dont want mess with bitcoin because of dirty money, too many large amounts are transferred through bitcoins and people dont want to be carried away by it.

Most people don’t understand it. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, a lot of people really have no clue what bitc oin is. They don’t understand the bigger picture of how it’s challenging monetary theory, or that bitcoin proponents are looking at new ways to secure data and currency transmission.
