Why are so many people against bitcoin?

Country with poor economies are against because their people can't even afford their won cellphone so transactions with each other is going to be very limited. I know they want to accept btc but they know that it's not suited for their country for now.

I don't really think the reason is poorness. In my opinion reason lies under education system. Both parents and schools teach you to be conservative rather than open minded when it comes to financial matters. As far as I ovserve from my friends I can say that all my friends who are against investing crypto currencies are financially conservative.

  People are against bitcoin because it is a decentralized digital currency no one is taking responsibility and it is run only by the internet support so people are difficult to understand what is bitcoin currency and they think how it can run without a governmental or banking control and they believe that bitcoin has no security without a middleman.These are the fact that so many people are against Bitcoin.

people hate bitcoin because they don't understand and the lack of knowledge about bitcoin, even me i hate at first because i don't have an idea about it and i was so skeptic that's why my hubby find it hard to explain with me but later, I've realized that i need to try anyway there's nothing lost if i try since there's no harm in trying so here i am trying to prove things whom i don't believe and started to believe.

I think this is a natural thing, bitcoin is a matter of controversy that makes people pros and cons and not a few who oppose bitcoin for reasons of decentralization, anonymous and so on.

Well, I used to be a hater too. I'm thinking crypto promoters promote it as a fair monetary system, but the fact is that crypto has downsides similar to what ponzi schemes have - the earlier you enter, the better it is for you. Which brings us to a non-fair wealth distribution etc...

because people are so afraid of changes its just a basic human nature, no one would believe unless they see potentials and proof, but all makes sense, the world ever since has been on the road to supercomputers, powerful technology, and it only has begun.

They are against on it, because they are thinking that it is scam, which is not. they are feeding their mind with the wrong information. I think they should try it first before judging it.

People have different minds, some people are against in bitcoin because they dont know about bitcoin, and they dont know what benefit will bitcoin give them. They will understand it if they will learn about bitcoin.

they we're against because they are lack of information about bitcoin they only know that bitcoin is a scam which are very trendy on our country because one of the hackers or scammer in bitcoin reveals how he hacks the bitcoin and now they do not believe in bitcoin.

At first it is really impossible to believe a method like this such as bitcoin. People tend to doubt about the security purposes of their investment in this method. If not for my friend's testimony I would doubt it also and maybe agaisnt it.

People against bitcoin may not be educated enough of how bitcoin really works. They are ignorant of the potential and help it can bring to the world. Also, I think they are not open enough to accept this kind of change to our currency. People still give their full trust to the traditional currency we use. Also, others may be scared of how it is used illegally by some bitcoin holders. We all know that thru its features it is possible to do illegal transactions in here.

For me, I think there are two main factors which make some people do not believe in btc. Firstly, the reason belongs to some people who don’t spend time doing researches to get knowledge relating to bitcoin. This reason also make many people be cheated by scammers. Secondly, it’s the effection of government of every country. Some countries don’t accept bitcoin such as china for example. Most importantly, most of us all get trouble on the way of using bitcoin, they can’t exchange it easily

I think it is normal for people to go against bitcoin specially those who do not know its very system and on how it works. Bitcoin's background and origin is quite unknown and sometime all the hype about bitcoin go against its reputation because of scammers popping around.

I don’t think so that currently many people are against bitcoin because people have come to know that cryptocurrency/bitcoin is the need of future. They have come to know importance of technology to fulfill their futures’ needs that’s why they don’t object now and support bitcoin.

Some of them are still against bitcoin, but they don’t know bitcoin completely now and hopefully they will also support bitcoin in near future when they came to know about reality of bitcoin.
