Why are so many people against bitcoin?

Many people are against bitcoin because they are influenced by those who oppose decentralization and are pro-regulation.

Traditional businessmen and women, bankers, old oligarchs who are ignorant of cryptofinance, and some government leaders are afraid of losing control of how money flows and so, they spread fud about bitcoin in the news. Some people listen and spread the same fud, not caring to deal with their ignorance and seize the amazing opportunity offered to them. In fact, there are still a lot of people against bitcoin, they do not believe bitcoin because they do not have much information about bitcoin,
if someone does not have information about something, they certainly will not believe it. I talked to my parents about bitcoin, they were
 really scared of it and advised me not to invest in it.

I think people are against on the things they havr no knowledge of. They feel threatened because it might ruin their peaceful lives. Bitcoins are trying to address the problems regarding real money like the transaction fees and middlemen. People are against bitcoins they can't handle bitcoins as a whole.

Because most of them thinks that Bitcoin can be hacked nor steal by just a single programmer. And thought it was a scam.

There will constantly be people against bitcoin, just as there are people against fiat, gold and anything that has value, its simply a difference in opinion, i just respect there opinion and move on, easy done.

Maybe, they are less understanding of the nature and workings of this cryptocurrency.Some people may be unaware of its privileges,

Its because more of people now its not yet know bout bitcoin, so they wonder what is used of bitcoin. But if their a chance that we teach other what is bitcoin and what is used of it. Maybe they understand and appreciate about bitcoin. So its not hard to used bitcoin because everybody can like it, know it and they love also bitcoin.

Yes, people are afraid of it because of what theyve been hearing from other people and media who truly not know what bitcoining really is. There are people that are hard to convince not until they experience it. So i think, if these people who are against of bitcoin will know how to use it and will gain many opportunities from it, i think this bad idea that the bitcoin has will slowly disappear.

Yes, There are a lot of people against bitcoin, because they were scared of the money that they may invest be scum. Maybe they heared in news or other people that bitcoin is a risky investment and they just lost money. That's what I think they were against bitcoin. If maybe they try bitcoin or research a lot, maybe they will change their mind that bitcoin is a good investment of money and time.

Insecurities is the first word I think of, maybe, the fact that BTC is just in there and so many is benefiting from it and getting more than them. One more is, they are the people who regrets the decision they had made long time ago about bitcoin, they could not accept the fact that they have done a big mistake.

They hate scams specially through the use of technology, the internet. Given the fact that bitcoin takes place into that category, they assume that it's one of many variant of scams. In addition, its legality under the government is still questionable and so people question it too.
