I'm trying to understand why are so many people against bitcoin?  is it the innovation that scares them? the feeling of staying behind? the fact that that money will go to the wrong hands?

Probably what makes people to be against BTC, is because they unknown, they fear the unknown.

many people who access bitcoin and all depending on the intent and purpose of accessing bitcoin if I personally access bitcoin is for a place to invest digitally and the technology that requires us to access it

A lot of normal people I talk to just don't understand bitcoin. At times they first hear of it only for drugs(media/propaganda). Then other times they know someone who has some and just think it isn't worth using(because they can just use visa/mastercard/paypal). Other people I have met have a friendly notion towards taking control of their own money, but not many people want the "hassle" of knowing your private key and all that.

I think that the people that are against cryptocurrencies are eighter scared of change, or they are misinformed by mainstream media that is controlled by the people that control most of the worlds wealth now. These people surely are afraid of crypto and a shift of power. Nobody can stop emerging technology, people should rather embrace it instead of being scared and pushing it away.

Some people are against bitcoin because they are thinking of bitcoin is scam. I already heard this thing from a friend who told me about bitcoin that this is a scam thing. I did not inter act with him because I understand his side but deep within I smiled and said to myself he did not know how bitcoin have change my life financially. So for this kind of people I will let them say whatever for bitcoin but I am still trying to work hard and continue to earn bitcoin just to let them see what the change in me because of bitcoin.

those who are against btc is either no knowledge on btc, doesn't like technology or has its own propaganda..lack of information leaves to doubt especially if person experience fraud or has been told of such..some people have its own agenda in saying bad about something especially in an investment..it may be because he encountered a loss or he wants to gain by saying something bad to lower the price in order to buy it and then silent for a while or support it to make it popular again to increase the price..i forgot the term about it in economics

Bitcoin has a bad reputation because it is used currency to buy illegal stuffs and services. Those people only knows that thing since they have lack knowledge on it. Once they know about good things of bitcoin, I am sure that they will accept it and restore its good reputation.

Probably, this is because all people are afraid and don't trust to bitcoin...especially when investing and trading at high risk, so they don't want to spend money only on bitcoins.

Many people ,or some people think bitcoin is scam , why? , they see that it was a joke , for reallt something like that. They don't believe , they scared to invest because they're nervous , they scared that maybe it was just scam or , just like you said it will go to the wrong hands. And I think that they see the bitcoin as fake or what. They dont have the right amount of information to the bitcoin industry.

I think they not against bitcoin, but they don't know what is bitcoin?, why they must joint bitcoin?. Else some people don't believe it.
Or their country not allowed bitcoin, just that. Because of that reason, I don't thing so they against bitcoin.

Sometimes people fight bitcoin because they do not know the benefits of bitcoin, but if they know bitcoin and what are the benefits then it is they will understand about bitcoin.

It is not that they are against Bitcoin, it is as a reason that includes inability to operate  a block chain technology account. Many people who tend to be against Bitcoin might have view the simple task of maintain their wallet as a cumbersome task. Such people only want an easy going less stressful way of just having Cash at their disposal, so that they don't waste time for such investment. Some are discouraged by the Government that is not yet in support of the Crypto currency in some countries, while the banks on their own been afraid of what impact the Crypto currency can cause to their daily business, have also try to warn people to beware of bitcoin.All these with others may cause people to be against Bitcoin, but still does not stop investment into bitcoin, as many are on daily bases investing in Bitcoin.

I think it's just because some people felt they are left out at the beginning and they think it's too late for them to comes in and as a result, they decided spreading hate comment about bitcoin.
Also, some people are not happy as they see new millionaires emerge from bitcoin and they has to stop bitcoin but instead bitcoin continue to gain more popularity

Well the answer is quite simple. People are against bitcoin because they can not grasp the change. They can not accept the fact that there is more improvement than what we have in our system in money. Some people are against bitcoin because they lack knowledge about it, they thought bitcoin is only used for illegal transactions which makes the name of the crypto dirty. Some feels that they are too late to start because of the price.

many of those "many people" you see are not against bitcoin. they are actually heavily invested in it but they pretend otherwise. someone who is spreading FUD in 99% of the times wants the price to drop so he can either short bitcoin or because he has some buy orders placed ahead of time at certain low prices.

i honestly can not think of anybody who does not benefit from bitcoin! even banks that some people say are against bitcoin or bitcoin is against them are happy about bitcoin. not only bitcoin introduced blockchain technology to them to improve their business but also it has opened up new ways for banks to make money. banks are in fact making a lot of money because of bitcoin, all these traders are using banks to handle their money transfers and there are lots of them

I think it's because of the many "fake" ideas and misconceptions that has been tied up with bitcoin in the past years. I mean, I have seen many media reports and write-ups saying that bitcoin is a scam or that people should be doubtful and weary with actually investing in it. I think these kinds of news destroyed bitcoin's credibility with people. I know it's not the same as the usual money, and like any other thing, it has it's cons, I think that whatever cons it has, it is outweighed by all the good things it can potential bring.

It's because of fake news in internet and also they are not aware of real fact of bitcoin/block chain. So they are getting afraid of scam. But its not like that. Those who are all against bitcoin, they are missing the huge opportunity of their life. They just think that bitcoin is mostly used for crime and only see bitcoin from the negative side.

In my own opinion, people are not totally against in bitcoin they just do not believe that people can earn money here and thinking bitcoin is just a scam, from what they are hearing in the internet or news. That's why there are some countries bans bitcoin or considering bitcoin as illegal.
