Ok so I have the beta of the pool miner for this coin but I am not sure if it is working. I registered and have logged in using it and now mining with my CPU, the GPU side just does not even start hashing, the CPU using is at 100% but the difficulty of this coin is showing as 560, so wow, that has gone high fast for CPU only?

I managed to get my GPU working with the pool GUI now. Getting some shares but the difficulty is going to go so high soon, near Litecoin diffs.

I'm using the pool GUI GPU and it seems to be churning away doing something Smiley.  My question is I have a GeForce 580 and not an AMD like so many people I see.  Any suggestions on Streamings and Work Size?

With the difficulty as it was a few days ago in the low 1000 I feel that you might struggle to even get a share due to that and the quick blocks.

It looks like the arithmetic combines the advantages of SHA and scrypt.

Looks like there is no support in English. This coin is going nowhere.

This coin got a boost due to it being on Mcxnow and having at the start a Cpu only mining hybrid algorithm. However now that you can pool mine it with a Gpu is it slowly turning into just another altcoin. The client looks nice but its just a skin bolt on. Not real inovation.

I cannot see any other exchanging taking this coin on with such little in the way of English launguage support.

btw: anyone managed to compile this on a 64 bit linux?

nope, got this when I tried

Code:
memenv.cc:(.text+0x40d3): undefined reference to `operator new(unsigned int)'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [CopperLark] Error 1

Yes, I did after long hassle.

The issues are due to leveldb.a and libmemenv.a being present and made for i386 architecture.
So you need:
Code:
cd CopperLarkSrc
chmod +x src/leveldb/build_detect_platform
rm src/leveldb/leveldb.a
rm src/leveldb/libmemenv.a
qmake
make

Shame devs did not get interested.
