Yesterday, we took their website down bypassing Cloudflare protection. Since they are up again and more people falling in their scam, we started the DDOS attack again. They are down!

Their website is up again. Be careful guys and report them to the FBI, SEC, Interpol and authorities worldwide to imprison them.

Is there any working prototype to look at?
----> IT IS A SCAM <----Don't send them ETH! We have enough evidence now. Thanks for spreading the word. There's no proof of their partnerships or their supposed user base.

Team,
The fact that you stole my dear play money makes me sleep VERY bad at the moment. But you did your trick and scammed a lot of people, well done. You should feel shame the rest of your life.
That you are still trying to scam more people, makes me SO angry. Let me tell you; if the day comes that your identity will be reveiled (and that day will come) you can be sure that we WILL meet. And that won't be on the internet, I can asure you.
We'll see each other one day, soon.
Kind regards,
Robbie

Im quoting this to spread SCAM info since those 1 post newbies are spamming shits. Seems what I've wrote yesterday is already confirmed by dozens of other users, this speciffic ICO is a SCAM - I've already reported it to moderators here, especially for the use of clones. They didn't do anything about it yet - I've already reported it to contelegraph aswell. They haven't done anything to remove the article either - If you know anywhere you can report it (to the real police) and you lost money, do it or at least ask a lawyer what can be done. - No, I didn't personally lose any money in this. I just wanted to invest and started to do "detective work" and found out all these RED FLAGSHere are some RED FLAGS regarding this ICO and the reason why I beleive it's a SCAM. 1. The user promoting the ICO have changed both his password and email recently. This is usually the case when dealing with either stolen accounts or purchased ones, in order to add credibility to a thread: Proof ? Check his profile: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=319040"Trust summary for HaRR0o This user's password was reset recently. This user's email address was changed recently."2.In the websie source code, there are links/refferences to Cartoons, Watch Anime, Narruto, Game of Thrones and so on, which is totally irellevant to an Esports ICO. This shows, once again, unprofessional and suspect behaviour. Proof ?
Here's part of the source code of their ICO's first page: " <p style="display:none;"><a href=" http://gameofthroneswatch.online/" title="game of thrones" rel="follow"></a> <a href=" http://dbsuper.xyz/" title="watchdragonballsuper" rel="follow"> Watch Dragon ball super </a> <a href=" http://watchnaruto.xyz/" title="watch naruto" rel="follow"></a> <a href=" http://watchbsd.xyz/" title="watch bsd" rel="follow"></a> <a href=" http://watchgta.xyz/" title="watch gta" rel="follow"></a> <a href=" http://watchbha.xyz/" title="watch bha" rel="follow"></a> <a href=" http://kabaneriwatch.online/" title="watch kabaneri" rel="follow"></a> <a href=" http://watchberserk.xyz/" title="watch berserk" rel="follow"></a> <a href=" http://dgraymanwatch.online/" title="watch dgrayman" rel="follow"></a> <a href=" http://gameofthrones-season6.xyz/" title="game of thrones" rel="follow"></a> <a href=" http://watchanimes.online/" title="watch berserk" rel="follow"></a> " 3.The article on Cointelegraph about their ICO is posted by a " Guest Author ", not by a well known person. Proof ?https://cointelegraph.com/news/worlds-first-ethereum-based-esports-platform-launched4.ICO contribution magically went from 0 to 70% in few minutes, then jumped to 92% and got STUCK there for minutes. Reason ? Very simple psycology: First, you set it to 70% so it looks like a lot fo people already contributed and rushed to buy the tokens, though making the possible victims believe it was a legit ICO and the tokens are valuable since the whole project sold 70% of the tokens in the first 5-10 minutes. Secondly, it was set to 95% and STUCK there forever to induce the second part of the message to the potential customers/victims, just like you see in teleshopping commercials "buy now, last product!" or, in this case "buy now, last 8%". This induces FOMO ( fear of missing out), which is a common practice in crypto space. These two tactics combined would make some unaware victims, when used properly 5. Incredible high bonus, 100% for the 1st hour, 90% for the first day and so on. While it is common to see a 10-30% bonus for ICOs and up to 70-80% for PRE-ICOS, it still feels very unnatural to see a straight 100% bonus during a normal ICO phase. I hope to be proven wrong with all these points, but couldn't risk not to report this, as people might actually lose hard worked money on such scams. Not to mention the bad impact on the whole crypto scene. Sorry for all the possible grammar mistakes, as I wrote this while actually working in real life.

This ICO is, most probably, a SCAM. Check the previous posts where the Red Flags are detailed and proofs presented. In addition to those red flags, trere are at least 5-6 more that I didn't have time to post and go into specific details:
Here's the progress so far: - Reported and gave negative feedback to the initiator of the thread. - Identified, reported and gave negative feedback to 6 of his possible clones (and will continue to do so with the remaining ones) - Reported the thred to the section moderator. It seems my report was denied/declined, but no reason was given. - Reported the thread to an administrator. Hopefully he will have some free tiem to look into this issue and have the willing and wisdom to do something in order to mitigate the user's crypto (and real life money) losses - Reported the initial Cointelegraph paid article, but no response yet. The article was still on the website, last time I checked
What can you do ?
- Investigate by yourself what was presented in the previous posts and compare the ICO claims with the reality - Post your honest opinion. Don't be afraid to talk or give trade rating, as long as you have arguments and you're honest - Report to authorities, in case you have lost money
Note:This is NOT a revenge post. I did NOT lose any money in this project. Like most of you, I've checked it in order to see if it's worth investing and ended up digging deeper and deeper and finding all these dirty details. For some of you, it was too late, as you've already lost your crypto. However, for other users, like they admited by themselves into this thread, such awarnings actually helped them to avoid such losses and reconsider or further consolidate their decisions, based on the evidence and proofs we were able to provide so far.

Hey N1CKHOLAS,
I really appreciate you leading the way on keeping people updated on this situation. I unfortunately was one of the people that gave one ETH before doing the proper research. Someone previously mentioned a class action lawsuit and you have mentioned contacting the authorities regarding this issue...How exactly should one go about doing that? This doesn't seem like something you would call 9-1-1 about (obviously), so I'm unsure how to approach this. Thanks for any additional information you can provide outside of the all the information provided already!

I saw this ICO and browsed through it. At first it seemed too good to be true, but the logo looked too similar to the "Brave Browser" logo. When I returned to the site for more in-depth reading at the comfort of home, MetaMask alerted me that WorldOfBattles is a SCAM. My first reaction was like . My thought was how could this be when there are websites even giving them a review? So I'm like . This made me suspicious and led me to this forum post confirming to me that this is indeed a scam. Probably just having MetaMask enabled accidentally saved my eths. Having MetaMask or an antiphishing extension on chrome (like EtherAddressLookup, according to my testing) will probably save people a lot of grief. These scammers just makes me !!!
