All coins are now dying, what do you think?

Not true that everybody (which is holding altcoins) is losing money. Everybody is losing the gain they would make if they owned Bitcoins instead. Many coins are more or less keeping their value in dollars, they are just dropping versus Bitcoin.

You are right people don't check the dollar price in comparison to what is was earlier .
You still lost money but is isn't like altcoins are dying.

that's cryptocurrency. market prices go up and down sometimes go down drastically, if I, if the market price drops so I will cut loss. cut loss is a good thing to not lose all the money.

Alts will not be dead indefinitely, wait until after the 25th -> Nov it will be alts time to shine again

Of course they are not dying, this hype about BTC Gold is absurd to me people selling their alts for nothing and will regret a lot soon.

When finally the last fork is done (b2x) then I hope no more money is produced out of thin air (if it is money at all since I believe btcgpu is close to 0 value) and things will get better.  Also,  the more people understand cryptocurrency instead of just speculating on it, the more they will understand that there are several projects other than btc worth buying. Clearly truth be told there are several others which are clear scams or that lack core development.

It could be that all coins are now dying, but as we have already seen in 2014-2015 many coins have seven lives, so most of them will resurrect for sure.

 we all known that we have a upcoming bitcoinfork that release another coin in market called bitcoingold. in that time almost all investor and traders had focus on bitcoin to earn free money and free bitcoingold. these is the reason why almost altcoins dying for now. but after the hardfork everything is back to normal.

This is temporary since the coming of the fork is very near they just need to prepare the market for bitcoin gold and segwit but I'm sure those alt coins will rise again don't panic guys this how the market plays better watch the upcoming fork and pray for the best.

ALT is not dying it's because of the sharp BTC rise flying to the moon then ALT can't keep up with it.Too many people have chosen BTC for now because HF,gradually ALT will be stable because as far as I know BTC is the king I have not lost .

I just feel that the Altcoin market is set for correction before now, it is just that the recent Bitcoin rally help to accelerate the correction. For me there is no need to panic sell if you are holding a good token with huge prospect

Yes I agree with you those who have large quantity of coins even in the hard times they are very happy. Every one invested in these coins are just unhappy to have some of crypto currencies because they just lose their gains. Once the demand and supply of a crypto currencies are equal to each other the gains stopped and the traders and investors are not attracted any more for this. No coins are dying but some of them goes to the peak and some of them having fluctuations in daily basis.

I think they are not dying, the market is just correcting. I am not saying that all altcoins are worth it from our investments. Actually many of them are sh*tcoins. Just a concept and ideas but dont have actual products to be used in real world. But we cant deny that there are altcoins that have really promising concepts and usability. And that is what we are looking for, an investment for long term commitment. Just grab the opportunity when it was on sale and that is what the reward comes in.

They will not. It is just because of the coming hardfork. Once the hype is over it is again altcoin market.Don't lose hopes by seeing those red marks.

when rally for BTC will be over and correction will start, that would be the very right time to sell altcoins!
but that means that you'll have to buy at the bottom.

for example, I'll try to buy XVG @ 40-45. and then sell it @ 130 -170 I guess. Yeas, that is a high risk, but the reward is also high

This is due to FORK and announcement of allotment of free bitcoingold allotment to the holders of bitcoin. every one is selling his altcoins and buying BTC so all coins are red and BTC is green. After fork the scenario will change and all altcoin will green and BTC in red.
