I've received three cookie cutter messages and 2 VERY brief human answered ones. The 2 human answered ones were VERY vague. It's kind of off putting, I have not yet had my issue taken care of. Guess it's my fault for having an email that starts with "-".

Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

I'm not sure what's going on lately but it's taking BTC-E 7 days to pick up a ticket now, and I have funds locked up in an address which I don't have access to the e-mail anymore. This is starting to upset me. The support and admin accounts are always online, but the system won't let me PM them or send a message to BTC-E. I have to go though some kind of weird help desk system and they're not answering my tickets.

I know BTC-E is a reasonable to good service but seriously, if your going to funnel users into a help desk system answer the tickets.

I have an FTC deposit with 25 confirmations that isn't showing up on BTC-E.  I have a support ticket into them.  Let's see how long it takes for them to respond.
