This is really a good idea. I think the suitable time for saving Bitcoin is about 5 years. If you save longer, it is risky.
You are right, It's a very good idea to save bitcoin, because you will make a huge profit in the future if you save and collect now as you can of bitcoin. We all know that bitcoin price will be very high after few years, so this is a very great opportunaty to become rich in few years. Yes nowadays education system becomes very expensive if we want to join our children in any big university we have to pay more money. so now only if we save bitcoins then it will help us in future.

I was thinking about savings bitcoin for my future children but seems it will took 5 years before i have a children i want to enjoy my life and i want to use that in the future if im having a baby with my future wife. Of course i can use that money in the future but if im going to hold that for that long and have a doubt of bitcoin dying then i have a choice to use it while im waiting for my kid to have a full process of his brain before im going to teach him about bitcoin.
Goodluck buddy on finding your future wife so that you can able to make your own baby. Saving up bitcoin would really have somehow advantage because of its increasing prices. We cant be sure if it would still rise up on those future years but somehow a good idea to accumulate some of it intended for future purposes. We do really like to ensure the future of our upcoming siblings.

I am currently a college student, so I will not save any money right now. But I have some plans for that. When I will start my career, I will deposit some amount of my income in a paper wallet and after like 10 years I will put all the money into a bank and I will pay the interest on that money to my son as a pocket money so they don't have to worry about something. And in addition to that I can save some amount of money for my son without worrying about their pocket money.

I think it is a good to save our bitcoin for the children but we should not keep these bitcoin for a long time and these are the volatile currencies may be keep crypto money in only one currency that is bitcoin and after some years the value become less as compared to now then instead of profit we will suffer huge losses.

Lot users who have known about the growth it has experienced as well the users who trust in its growth potential without thinking of anything just focus on saving bitcoin for their children. There are many users who have been educating the students with cryptocurrency. The change begins there from the school. but not all can adopt bitcoin so some dont teach it in school we know that everything for some kid learn to save start in school but the thing is some are dont want to adopt it because maybe and i think also before in school i think family first will truly understand and educate student to learn on how to save.

Like every other investment such as real estate, stocks and other forms of investment we know that you can invest in that kind of things and then you get something like say a Certificate or a Binding Document as a proof that you are part of that investment, now that of bitcoin all you have is just your address, your password, key and seeds as proof of the ownership of the wallet. BTCSo now if one is considering buying bitcoins and saving for his/her children in the future is there any way to do that with bitcoins apart from having to write down your details somewhere. I'm asking because with that kind of stuff if no one knows your seeds or password no one can get the coins. Then maybe we can create a new wallet for our child(ren) and fund it from time to time. It will be like opening a trust fund in a bank for them. And then when they grew up maybe we can open the door of cryptocurrency for them by teaching them some basics that might interest them. But actually, if you have btc and you are a family person then it's safe to assume that your husband/wife should know your keys and other informations about your btc holdings. With that, they can have access to your btc if something unexpected came.

This is in opinion an excellent idea, buy some Bitcoin and even other Alts you believe have a bright future place them in cold storage and leave them safely in a deposit box in one of those central entities haha at least they'll be good for something in the future safely storing yout hard cold storage. I'd say it'd be wise to keep a close eye and see if any of the projects that are related to the the "portfolio2 you're leaving might loose it's value.

Let us give you a practical scenario, you are a Millioniare and you got 35 industries in your name u get daily 10 crores profit, now do u carry all cash with u daily? Answer will be No, you deposit cash in bank and just hold a passbook/check book. Also u just hold a chip/pendrive and a laptop instead of carrying all documents. In the same way we shall hold a mobile with gmail account and clearly mention all our credit I'd and password details in it and we should pass this info to our parents, which means they should have an idea about our saving details.

That is a difficult question and something that will need to be solved somehow, since in bitcoin no one can know your private key or you run the risk of that person stealing your bitcoin but if you do not reveal that information to anyone then that bitcoin is going to be lost and your kids are not going to be able to get that bitcoin, a possibility is that you withdraw your bitcoin before that and that you convert it in tangible assets.

I made a paper wallet for my son and I deposit a smaller amount of Bitcoins there every month. I kept it in a secret place that only me and another person knows.
This is actually a great idea. When I start earning enough Bitcoins, I would probably put a portion of it in another wallet for the future or for my kids, just like how you did. With regards to the access to the wallet, maybe I'll have a family member or a lawyer to keep a hold of it until my child is right of age. Maybe there would come a time that wallets for family are made where you get connected to each other so you could easily wire in the Bitcoins to each of their respective accounts, who knows.

Bitcoin investment is rather different from typical investments that involve proper documentation and contracts. In Bitcoin, all you have to do is keep those keys and passwords and seeds in a very safe place and then that would be all. If you forgot them, you will have to say your final good bye to them. I would advice that you save several copies in different locations and then teach your children how important they are. They must also contain specific instructions on how to claim.

[/quote] you can store it in any hard drive or usb with passwords protected, or you can save it to a specific cloud drive that have a password to another hard drive where it is written, sort of a treasure hunting for your kid, that would be fun, a storage that leads to another storage, maybe 3 storage is enough for your kid to explore.

In saving bitcoin for your children is very intelligent thing that you can do for your children. And it will become very very useful because the bitcoin price is increasing and if you now save bitcoin sooner or later it will become so very very big amount. And if your children can understand a business, I suggest to you to tell them about bitcoin. So that if the time will come, they will know how to handle money in a good and easy way.
